The Department of Marine Catering and Hotel Management organized a workshop on “Building a Successful Bakery Business” for first and second-year students from 30.01.2026 to 31.01.2026. 85 students actively participated in this program.. The session was conducted by Mr.Sudhakar, Bakery Chef, SRM University, Chennai. The workshop focused on the preparation techniques of special bakery products and provided hands-on training in items such as breads, rolls, doughnuts, cakes, cookies, and pastries.
