The Department of Commerce B.Com. (B&I) Cuentas Association organized an engaging and informative event on August 2, 2025. The day began with a warm welcome from Ms. Khushbu Kumari, followed by a heartfelt felicitation from the Head of the Department, Mrs. V. Padmavathy, who praised the efforts of the students and the department.
The event was divided into two key segments. First, Ms. Rahmath Nisha K (II B.Com. B&I) conducted a Business Quiz Programme. Designed to challenge students’ knowledge of business, economics, and current affairs, the quiz fostered a healthy sense of competition and learning. Next, a creative session was organized by Ms. Lavanya, Mr. Mithun, and Ms. Kushpoo (all II B.Com. B&I). Focused on Friendship Day, the session included a Tamil poem, singing, and an English speech. This activity aimed to encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
The event concluded successfully with a vote of thanks from Ms. Soundharya T (II B.Com. B&I), who expressed gratitude to everyone involved. Overall, the association’s activity provided a valuable opportunity for students to showcase their talents, expand their knowledge, and collaborate with their peers.
