AERLIS GRO IMF Private Limited Coimbatore conducted a campus for the Executive trainee role on 28.09.2026 . This role was open to Commerce & BBA students.
The interview process was conducted by Mrs. Saranya, Branch Head & Team. The recruitment process consisted of three rounds: Self Introduction, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
Out of 17 students selected for the position, 12 were from B.Com., Banking & Insurance and 5 were from B.Com., Hons departments.
The company offered opportunities for the role of Executive Trainee. The compensation details shared during the drive was Rs. 10,000 stipend during the training and – 3 LPA after confirmation with performance-based incentives.
