The D. P. Roy Choudhury Association of the School of Animation and Media Studies, SLCS, successfully organized the game event “Game Development Initiative” on 11th October 2025 at Animation Academic Lab – 2 from 12:40 PM to 1:30 PM. A total of 18 students from B.Sc., Animation (Game Design & Development Specialization) has actively participated in the event. The program was conducted with the objective of providing a platform for students to develop and implement game ideas, enhance their technical and creative skills, and gain practical experience in game development.

The event involved hands-on activities where students worked collaboratively to design and develop game concepts. Participants demonstrated creativity, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork throughout the session.

The event was well-organized and received positive feedback from the participants. Overall, the program was a successful initiative that contributed to the practical exposure and skill development of the students.
