- Marks statements of the respective semesters and Consolidated mark statement (for final year students only) of successfully completed students are given to the Principal’s office.
- Mark statement and Consolidated marks statement are printed with twelve security
- After completion of the Awards Committee meeting, the result data of the eligible students will be uploaded through online entry portal of Madurai Kamaraj University.
- The Madurai Kamaraj University issues provisional and degree certificates.
- Mark sheets, consolidated mark statement and Provisional certificates are dispersed to the students by the Principal office.
- Degree certificates and Rank Certificates are given at the time of convocation.
