The Culinary Club from the Department of Marine Catering and Hotel Management organized an Intra college “Traditional Fireless Cooking” competition on 18.10.22, as a part of World Food Day celebration. Totally, 22 students from various departments have actively participated. All the Participants prepared and presented our traditional foods which were prepared with Millet, sprout sandwich, Milkshakes, Fruit Juices, and many more. The dishes were judged by Mr. V. Gangadharan, Assistant Professor- MC&HM and Mr. N. Ramesh, Assistant Professor-MC&HM.
