PEER TEACHING ON “MANUFACTURING OF SYNTHETIC SWEETENERS”

The Department of Food Science and Processing Management organized a Peer Teaching Session for II year students entitled Manufacturing of Synthetic Sweetenerson 07.10.2021 between 2.00 and 2.30 pm at G14 classroom. Ms. M. ATCHAYA, second year student highlighted history, importance, health benefits, impacts and manufacturing of the synthetic sweeteners . This session is relevant to the course Food additives.  Totally 13 students actively participated and got the doubts clarified at the end of the session.
