Mr. Nagarajun,a Junior Associate at City Union Bank (CUB) and an alumnus (2020-23 batch) with a degree in B.Com Banking and Insurance, recently addressed III. B.Com B&I students. The purpose of his speech was to guide them on effectively preparing for the Diploma in Banking & Finance (DBF) exam, which is a crucial qualification for those aspiring to build a career in banking. He discussed the roles that are available for fresh graduates, such as Junior Associate through Entry-Level Opportunities, and how these positions serve as a stepping stone for a successful career in banking.
