Marine Catering and Hotel Management students actively participated in VISM NOVA 2K25 – A New Star in Culinary, an intercollegiate hospitality event organized by the Department of Hotel Management, Vasthraa Institute of Science & Management, Sivakasi, on 17.12.2025. A total of 23 students competed in various competitions such as cooking, towel art, cocktail and mocktail making, and paper presentation. The students demonstrated exceptional skills, creativity, and teamwork throughout the event. Mr. C. Pradeep, a second-year student, won the First Prize in Carving. .
