As part of the departmental initiative to promote creativity, student engagement, and awareness of the objectives of the Trade Club, the Department of Commerce (Honours & ACCA) conducted a Logo Creation Activity for the Trade Club on 29.08.2026 at S1 and S2 Halls, Subbalakshmi Block. The activity aimed to provide students with an opportunity to express their creativity and develop a visual identity representing the vision and objectives of the Trade Club. The faculty members introduced the purpose of the activity and explained the significance of a logo in communicating the identity, values, and objectives of an organisation. Students were encouraged to incorporate creative elements related to trade, commerce, business, finance, and entrepreneurship into their logo designs. Students actively participated in the activity and presented innovative logo concepts reflecting various aspects of commerce and trade. The activity provided an engaging platform for students to explore their creative abilities while connecting their ideas with the fundamental concepts of commerce. It also encouraged students to think critically and creatively about the identity and purpose of the Trade Club. The programme witnessed enthusiastic
participation from the students, with active involvement and exchange of ideas throughout the session.
The activity successfully promoted creativity, teamwork, communication, and student engagement while strengthening awareness about the Trade Club and its objectives. The session concluded with
appreciation from the faculty coordinator for the students' active participation and creative efforts.
Students were encouraged to continue their involvement in the upcoming Trade Club activities and
contribute actively to its initiatives during the academic year 2026–27.
