The HEN Association of the Department of Marine Catering and Hotel Management, organized a webinar programme on “Values and Ethics for Hospitality Professionals” 31.07.2026 for all MC&HM students. Totally 160 student participated. The session was delivered by Mr. Suresh Bheem, Director – People Operations, the Residency Signature, Madurai. He emphasized the importance of professionalism, respect, integrity, teamwork,
accountability, effective communication, positive attitude, and a guest-centric approach as the foundation of a successful hospitality career. he also highlighted how ethical behavior, discipline, empathy, and commitment to quality service help hospitality professionals build guest trust, enhance organizational reputation, and achieve long-term career growth. The
interactive session inspired students to develop strong professional values and ethical practices essential for meeting the expectations of the hospitality industry. the programme concluded with a vote of thanks.
