The Department of B.Com. (Honours) – ACCA, under the Royal Charter Association, organized an informative programme titled “A Guidance and Networking Programme for Future ACCA Professionals” on 02.08.2025 at Pallava Hall, SLCS Block. The programme aimed to create awareness among students about the ACCA qualification, learning resources, examination preparation, and career opportunities in the global finance and accounting profession.
The session was addressed by Ms. S. Subathra, Senior Operations Support Associate, ISDC, Bangalore, who served as the Resource Person. She explained the various learning resources available through the ACCA website and ISDC classes and guided students on effective examination preparation and professional development. An interactive Question- and-Answer session enabled students to clarify their queries regarding ACCA papers,
examination strategies, learning resources, and career opportunities. The programme was highly informative and motivated students to pursue their ACCA qualification with proper planning and dedication. A total of 47 students along with the faculty members of the department participated in the programme.
