The Department of Commerce (Honours), under the aegis of the CA NEXUS Association, organized the Chartered Accountant Day Celebration for II and III Year students on 01.07.2026 at the TVR Seminar Hall, SLCS Block, with the objective of creating academic and career awareness about the Chartered Accountancy profession. The programme commenced with a warm welcome to the resource person, CA.A.A. Jayachandran, Chartered Accountant, Madurai, who delivered an insightful and engaging session on the significance of Chartered Accountant Day and the vital role of Chartered Accountants in the evolving business and financial environment.
