PEER TEACHING ON “PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF WHEAT”

The Department of Food Science and Processing Management organized a Peer Teaching Session for II year students entitled “Physical Characteristics of Wheat” on 16.9.2021 between 9.00 and 9.30 am at G12 classroom. Ms. D.U. Janani, second year student highlighted the processing operations, importance and physical attributes and by-products of the major consuming staple crop Wheat. This session is relevant to the course Cereals, Pulses and Oilseeds Processing.  Totally 12 students actively participated and clarified their doubts at the end of the session.
