National Service Scheme and the Red Ribbon Club of Subbalakshmi Lakshmipathy College of Science conducted a one-day camp on “Plastic Free Village” on August 24, 2021, at Flower Market, Valayankulam, under the Tirupparankundram Taluk. The cleaning work was carried out by 10 volunteers. The village President presided over the camp, and volunteers carried out the cleaning tasks.
