PEER TEACHING ON “PRINCIPLES OF HACCP”

The Department of Food Science and Processing Management organized a Peer Teaching Session for our III year students entitled “PRINCIPLES OF HACCP” on 21.09.2021 between 1.15 pm and 2.15 pm at G13 classroom. B.SNEHA, final year student, emphasized seven principles of HACCP and their benefits related to the safety of foods . This session is relevant to the course Food Regulation and Plant Management . Totally 13 Students actively participated and  got  their doubts clarified at the end of the session.
